Healthy Frozen Yogurt

Think PinkBerry!

3 egg whites

2/3 cup sugar

3 cups plain yogurt

Beat whites until frothy.  Slowly add sugar and beat until stiff and shiny.  Whisk yogurt until smooth.  Fold in egg whites.  Transfer to an ice cream freezer.  Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.

Options:  Mix in fruit during the final minutes of freezing.  I have added chopped strawberries mixed with 3T sugar.  Raspberries are also good!
