A Registered Dietitian specializing in sports nutrition and a lover of good food using healthy ingredients (and a few not so good-for-you treats!).  I am fascinated by the influence of nutrition on sports performance.

I am a mother of 4 and have always enjoyed sports – both as a participant and as a parent.  We’ve enjoyed experiences in community, high school, collegiate and masters athletics.  I am so excited to have an opportunity to share what I have learned so far and what I continue to learn as there is more and more research in this last frontier on sports performance.

I also like to hear what works or doesn’t work for you with sports nutrition.

    Love it Marcia! That Moosewood Cookbook was an old favorite of mine so I’m excited to try a ‘new’ recipe. I’m dusting off my copy right now!

    I’m an ‘old’ high school friend of Holly’s and I look forward to more informative tips! ( No pressure!) I just enjoy hearing from one who has both the education and the experience to back it up. It seems like you do!
